Question

I can't send invoices. What should I do? I've deleted and reinstalled the app so many times as it says my customers don't exist. How do I speak to someone?

The app just isn't working for me. I've had to delete and reinstall it so many times for it to still say, my invoice can't be sent as there's something not right on it. How do I contact QuickBooks themselves as this is a nightmare of an app

Hello there, @apcoutdooradvert. We'll point you in the right direction to help you send your invoice using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile app.

 

Know we see the urgency of this matter and that before we point you to our Customer Care Team. Can we ask if you've already tried deleting and recreating the invoice? If not, try doing so and see if the transaction goes through. If the issue persists, here's how you can contact our support team:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
