I can't snap any receipts as it just spins and the a box appears saying can not connect to camera?

My camera is not connecting to Quick books and I  can't snap receipts?

Hello Sarah-shewring, can you try refreshing the app data see if that resolves it if not can you also try fully uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again see if that resolves it for you. 

 

refreshing the date in the app, 

 

ios 

1. Go to menu (three lines going down in a line) and tap Help & Feedback

 2. tap Refresh Data. Note: A message appears "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest Quickbooks \Online data, you can refresh it now. It may Take a few mintues" 

3. Tap Refresh to confirm 

 

Android

 1. Go to Menu (three lines going down in a line) then tap More options (three dots going down in a line). 

2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.  

3. Tap YES to confirm
