I woold like to have my bank details on invoice

We appreciate you reaching out to the Community, Tucnurp. Let's get this working so you can add bank details to your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To add the bank details, you can add these as footer texts to the invoices. Please follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
  2. Choose the invoice, and then hit Edit.
  3. Under the Content column, select the template footer (third greyed-out box at the bottom).
  4. Enter the bank details in the Add payment details and footer text box.
  5. Click Done.
