Question

I cannot add to an invoice on my phone app, it will not save, and support link from that won't accept multiple phone number it asks for it.

Really frustrating, absolutely no support on this.

If you're trying to add an attachment to an invoice, please know that there are a few accepted file types that you can attach. These are:

  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • DOC
  • XLSX
  • CSV
  • TIFF
  • GIF
  • XML

 

In the meantime, we can clear the app's data to refresh QuickBooks and fix any common issues when using the account. Here's how:

 

Android:

  1. Press the menu at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click Yes.

 

iOS:

  1. Select the menu at the top right.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.
