Question

I cannot connect my transactions from the year 2020 onwards via my bank transactions. I need to sort them to send off

I followed the instructions on how to add different dates and customise the dates between and it will not pull them out from the year 2020

Hi there!

 

Good to see you here in the Community. It's my priority to help ensure your bank transactions are up-to-date in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

 You can download older statements from your financial institution's website. The process in doing this vary based on the bank you're using. 

 

Once you've got the transactions you need, you can upload them to your QuickBooks Online:

  1. On the left navigation pane, go to Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, click the Update drop-down then select File Upload.
  3. Click Browse and select the CSV file you downloaded.
  4. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
