I cannot get back into the estimated tax section to finish completing it, the green bar at the bottom has disappeared

If you’re referring to the filing option, you’ll want to contact our support to re-allow the export. Usually, the green bar will automatically disappear once it's processed.

You can follow these steps below to get in touch with our representatives.

1. Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
2. Select the Assistant menu.
3. Type in “Talk to a human.”
4. Enter “Taxes” in the field.
5. Click I still need a human.
6. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Message an agent
   • Get a callback
