I cannot print or view my Quickbooks invoice, the Billing/ Subcription page is blank?

Our Order Status tool is temporarily unavailable, jwillson.

 

This tool is the one that provides the link to your Billing and Subscription page. This is why it's giving you a blank page when opening this section in QBO. 

 

Please contact our phone support team so they can verify your account and provide the subscription invoice to you. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
  2. Inform them that you're not able to get a copy of your subscription invoice.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Click Start a chat if you want to get a chat support agent.
  5. Select the Get a callback option if you want to receive a callback from them.
