I cannot save or print invoices..?

Let's isolate what's causing this issue, nav.

 

There are times that we've experienced few unexpected issues on the browser we're currently using. Performing some troubleshooting steps will help us identify the cause.

 

First, let's save or print the invoices on a private or incognito window. This helps the page to load faster since it will not save any file history. Then, if it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. When a cache is piled up it can cause unexpected browser behavior.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

 

Afterward, let's save or print the invoices again.

 

If the same thing happens, it's possible that your adobe reader isn't updated. An outdated version prevent you from saving or printing the invoices.
