I cant find where to change email address for my company that shows up on the invoices in top left corner.

Local suppoet guide says - Gear Icon, then Account & Settings but such location not existing thru mobile App.

So the app is just for basic things, some things you will have to do on  pc/laptop on the web broswer, such has changing your email address in the main account and settings section in your Quickbooks account.

I've changed my login email address but the old one still shows on my invoices. Did I miss something? Thanks

Allow me to assist you in updating the email address on your customer's invoice in QuickBooks Online.

 

If you've set up a company email address in QuickBooks, it will appear on the customer's invoice. If you don't want to change and use the company email, we can add/set a customer facing email as the sender.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Company menu and click the Contact info section.
  4. Enter an email address in the Customer-facing email field.
  5. Hit Save and then Done.
