Question

I cant save or send my invoices. I get a error message saying my subscription needs to be renew. I pay by direct debit every month.

There are a few possible reasons why you're getting this error message. Here are the following:

  • Incorrect account
  • The account number added on file is invalid.
  • The card is over the limit or expired.
  • Incorrect billing address or the information includes a special character and doesn't match with the one shown on your credit card statement.

Let's make sure you are logged in to the correct company. To verify the user ID, you can click the I forgot my user ID and Password in the Sign In page. This will ask you for your email address and you will receive a list of user IDs.

 

If there's only one user ID, we can try to update the payment information by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and Settings.
  2. On the left panel, select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click on the Resubscribe link
  4. Follow the on-screen instruction.
