I cant seem to customise my invoices, ie addd my logo etc. ive tried to use the videos supplied for support but my quickbooks has a different layout in settings.

I can help you customise your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Before we start, can you share with me the link of the video you're referring to? Some of the steps may vary on the version of QuickBooks you're currently using and its country. 

 

Upon checking, I was able to successfully customise my invoices on my end. You can also share with me the error you're getting when customising your transactions. Any additional info would be much appreciated. 

 

In the meantime, you can follow these steps to customise your invoices in QBO. Here's how:
 

  1. Go to Settings and select Custom form styles
  2. Click New style, if you want to create a new design. Or else, Edit to update your old or present form.
  3. Select a sales form type you want to create a template for.

Let's also make sure you're logged in as a primary or company admin in QuickBooks. That way, you can see and do everything in the program. 

 

In case you're still getting the same results, try opening your account in a private window. This will help us check if the issue is due to cache-build in your current browser. That way, we can isolate the problem and fix it. 

Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:

 

  • Ctrl Shift  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Ctrl Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

 

If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This will refresh the background process of your browser settings. But, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser.
