I cant seem to send invoices or estimates? it tells me they are sent but nothing in my sent folder or recived

I've got your back, @info-fesfireands.

 

The invoices or estimates you send to your customers will not sync with your personal email account. To receive a copy of invoices or any transactions you send to them, you can add your email address in the Cc, Bcc fields, or select the Email me a copy option.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  2. In the Sales menu, go to the Messages section. 
  3. Check the Email me a copy at option and input your email address in the Copy (Cc) or Blind copy (Bcc) fields. 
  4. Hit Save and then Done
