I created a delivery note customising an estimate, when i go to create estimate and click on the custom form i does not change and just stays as an estimate how do i use

Hi accounts117

 

To change the name of the estimate/delivery note you created:

 

Select the cog/gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen > custom form styles > edit > content > select the top area that is greyed out on the left hand side > in the form section, change the Estimate name to Delivery Note > Done

hi John, thanks for coming back to me. i've changed the name of the custom template, i meant to actually use it. when i go into create estimates i can get the custom one in the pop up menum click on it, but it does change the one on the screen, ready to use

It won't change the one displayed on the screen, select customise > select your template > print or preview.
