Question

I currently invoice the client for fees from a crm system and they pay to a client account. How do I do this on QuickBooks without raising an invoice to the client again?

Hi fcallen0202-gmai Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Unless the CRM system has the functionality to be integrated into QuickBooks so that transactions are created automatically for you you would have to manually enter them within QuickBooks.
