I’d like to change the email sent with invoices to not show the ‘Review and Pay’ for customers that will be paying by direct debit

Good day, arebbeck-yahoo-c. 

 

Let's turn off the online payments option that will be paying by direct debit of the invoices you've sent for a particular customer.

 

You can set the Preferred delivery method to none for that customer,.

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Within the Customers tab, select the customer name and click on Edit at the top right corner. 

  3. Click the Payment and billing tab. Then, leave the Preferred payment method field as blank.
  4. Click Save.
