I know this hasn't been an easy process for you, john-lewis-lynwo. This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience.

Let me make it up to you by making sure you'll be able to see the expenses on your dashboard.

After adding a new expense in QuickBooks Online, I'd recommend refreshing the program to reflect the changes on the dashboard.

If you're still unable to see the expenses, let's access your account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if this is a browser-related issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once signed in, check if the expense shows. If it does, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

Aside from private browsing, you can also use other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you get a snapshot of your business. This ensures you're able to keep an eye on your finances: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please stay in touch with me if there's anything else that you need help with your QuickBooks account, john-lewis-lynwo. I'm always here to help. Keep safe always!
