Question

I had to disconnect my accounts and reconnect them and all my reviewed transactions have to be reviewed again but all my receipts are gone. this is going to have a massive impact on my accounts. Has anyone else had these problems

Hi there, Kenny79.

 

We haven't had any reports of similar issues, but rest assured, I'll get to the bottom of this.

 

Removing a connected account removes all transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed and can't undo it. This can be the reason why all receipts disappear. 

 

You may consider uploading them again into the system, as this won't automatically attach downloaded transactions when reconnecting the account in QBSE.
