Question

I have 4 Invoice templates for different areas of my business, I need to change my address on all of them but cannot find how,, been on page which shows them all and PDF

Hello there, @tonib1.

 

Updating your company's business address in the Accounts and Settings will update the displayed address on your invoices automatically. 

 

However, if your company address remains as is and you only want to update your address on the invoice, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. In the Custom Form Styles page, select the first invoice you want to update.
  4. Click the Edit link.
  5. Select the Content tab.
    1. Click the Pencil Icon on the first part of the invoice. 
    2. Put a check mark on the Address or Street Address.
    3. Enter your new address.
    4. Click Done.
