Hello there, Gavwatts,

If your PayPal account is connected to QuickBooks, you can use the payment to pay the bill. Select the Find mach option to locate the bill, then resolve difference to creditors accounts receivable.

Or, on your bank feeds, deposit all bill payments to the Undeposited Funds account and expense to  "Creditors" £200 named to Supplier. Then, make a bank deposit to include all payments and expenses in one entry to your register.

I've added the Use the Connect to PayPal app link to learn how to handle transactions and get answers to frequently asked questions about the payment process.
