I have a co I invoice regularly but they need me to remove tue first name and surname I added when I set up tue company on qb but when I remove it it keeps coming back

Having you here in the Community is such a pleasure, Southdevon. I've got a way for you to remove the details of that company successfully.

First, please ensure that you review your customer profile. If the first and last name of the company is the same, you have to change it into the company name that is reflected in the invoice of your customer display name.

However, if everything has been already changed, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this. You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. This way, you can double-check the accurate setup on your account. 

You can use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

• Safari: Control + Option + P
• Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If that works fine using a private browser, go back to your original browser and clear its cache so the system can start fresh. Also, using a different supported browser can help us dig deep into the root cause of this unexpected behavior.
