I have a direct debit paid to a supplier (no Invoice received yet) how do I post this

Hello Useraccounts41, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So you would create a bill for it and when the money comes out you just match it and you can edit the bill at a later date as long as the amount does not change.
