Question

I have a missing transaction of £0.01, from a Monzo business account linked to my QB online. Refreshing or updating does not resolve this. How do I manual adjust this?

Let me help you with the missing transaction your Online banking, chris-lamming.

I appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps to get this sorted out. The number of bank data that gets imported to your account depends on what your financial institution shares with us. Most of the banks download the last 90 days of transactions, and others go back as far as 24 months. For the missing transaction, we can get transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions.
  5. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

Then, follow Step 3 until Step 6 to finish the process in the Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online article. To learn more on how to find missing transactions downloaded from your online bank and credit card accounts, see the What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in the QuickBooks Online article for more details.
