I have a problem with my sales receipts. The amount I have received (PAYMENT) is correct. But the balance due amount is always showing as £0.00?

On emailing customers a receipt of payment, all my sales receipts show a amount due balance of £0.00

Hi joeleebythesea-g A sales receipt is a closed/completed transaction and therefore the balance due will always show as zero. We appreciate that it may be construed that having the balance due is unnecessary and it's not possible to remove it. We will of course raise your comments to our developers for their consideration and encourage you to leave feedback from within the product.
