I have a spreadsheet with my historic expenses can I bulk load this to my QB?

Welcome to the Community, 

If you go click on the main cogwheel then import data, they are the only things you can import in bulk into the system and we suggest that you download and look at the sample file and make sure your file is layed out the same in order for it to upload successfully into Quickbooks.

As another option, utilize an importer tool to import some different transaction types (e.g Bills, Bill Payments, Purchase Cash).
