Question

I have a standard user set up to create sales invoices but they can't change the invoice template to the new template we have set up. How do we solve?

 Hello Jean-Howardwilso, thanks for posting on the Community page, Can you get them to try clearing their cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and see if they then get the option in the invoice>customise>click the template they need.
