I have an already raised invoice that I can not open it goes grey and box comes up saying it can not be opened at this time,,, contact customer service

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies, close the browser down then re-load it and see if the invoice opens up correctly and not greyed out?
