I have an existing profile which seems to be erased. I need to retrieve those invoices please.

Hi xana_carla Are you referring to you being unable to access an account that you have with us?

My subscription ran out and when I resubcribed, my profile was gone.  Attached is an invoice generated by Quickbooks,

Hello Xana_carla, that screenshot you have sent in is not an invoice receipt for a subscription that looks like an invoice you have sent to a customer.
