I appreciate you for letting us know, pdk468d. Let me help you delete these expenses on your account.

You'll want to check the audit log section to track and review the expense transaction created. You can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
    2. Select Filter.
    3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
    4. Select Apply.

If these are duplicates or recurring transactions, you can manually delete them, and the expenses created.

To delete a recurring transaction, here's how:

    1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
    2. Find the recurring expense transaction and click on the Edit dropdown under the Action column.
    3. Click Delete. Then, select Yes to confirm.

    To delete an expense:

    1. Go to Bookkeeping then Transactions and select Expenses.
    2. Find the expense you want to delete.
    3. Select the View/Edit ▼ dropdown in the Action column and click Delete.
    4. Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the transaction.

Furthermore, you'll want to review your business finances and other accounting data, you can run specific reports on your account.

Keep us posted if you have additional questions or other QuickBooks concerns. We'll be around whenever you need help. Take care!
