Question

I have an invoice missing, (Inv 1099) I tried creating it last month using the mobile app, I tried to save & send but it disappeared into thin air.

I did not void or delete it but it is not there, so I generated a new invoice. However the vanished invoice is affecting the outstanding amount due from customer and causing confusion, how do I view missing/voided/deleted invoices, is there a way of clearing this data?

Have you tried to locate the invoice by searching the invoice number or the amount using the 'Advanced Search' function?

 

You can access this when signed in on a browser by selecting the Magnifying glass > Advanced search. Deleted transactions will no longer show on the system and voided transactions will post as a 0.00 amount.
