Question

I have an invoice where a payment has been done against it but the quantities have changed. how i change the quantities on the invoice to reflect the correct quantities?

I can help you with changing the quantities on your invoice, sjabbour.

 

You can modify the quantity of the invoice by opening it and make the necessary corrections. I'll guide you on how to accomplish the tasks:
 

  1. Navigate the Sales tab and select Invoices.
  2. Locate the invoice you want to edit.
  3. Change the Quantity.
  4. Click on Save and close.

Please be reminded that this process also applies to Expenses, Bills, Estimates, or any other transactions.

 

With these instructions, you can now have your invoice quantity corrected.

Dear Glinette,

 

The quantity item on the invoice is not editable. although the amount is.

A browser-related issue might have caused unexpected behavior within the system. You can try editing the quantity of the item through a private browser. If you're able to do so, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also use other browsers in editing an invoice.
