Question

I have an Invoice which keeps regenerating each month, the customer has paid, it has been marked as paid, but each month it pops back up. How do I stop it

The invoice is over 1 year old   it generates each month, it has been paid. I t has been marked as paid, it has been deleted. I have no idea how to stop it

You may have created a recurring invoice thus it keeps regenerating. I'm here to help fix the issue.

 

We can delete the recurring transaction so the system will stop populating the invoice. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Recurring transactions.
  2. Locate the customer's name.
  3. Click the Edit drop-down under ACTION.
  4. Select Delete.
