Question

I have an old service provided appearing on all my invoices to all customers, its highlighted in blue and I cant remove it or even see is before I send out the invoice?

How can I remove this?

    Hello, emma13.

     

    There’s a possibility that the template you’re using is causing the issue. You might want to switch to a different one to confirm.

    Here’s how:

    1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
    2. Go to Custom Form Style.
    3. Select a specific template you’ll be switching to and click the arrow next to Edit.
    4. Choose Make default. 

    Also,you can use a private window when accessing your QuickBooks. This is to identify if this has something to do with it. If everything works fine privately, I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cache or use a different gateway. 

     

    Odd behaviors in the program can sometimes cause by the overloaded stored temporary internet files.
