I have bank integration setup for my PayPal account. Today it imported a EUR transaction as though it was a GBP transaction. Register is out of balance. How do I correct?

Before proceeding, may I know what version of QuickBooks Online you're using? This way, we'll be able to determine why you're unable to use the Multicurrency feature.

The foreign currencies are available in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus. If you're subscribed to the Simple Start version, I'd suggest contacting the PayPal Support Team. They'll be able to help you change the transactions to the correct currency.
