Question

I have been attaching photos of reciepts since having the app. They have successfully saved every time. But, when I revisit the reciepts, i cant find any of the photos?

Let's reset your applications' data, sirdidsburys-dd.

 

I've got the steps on how to do it:

 

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Reset App Data option on the drop-down selection.

 

Afterward, let's ope the expense where the receipt was imported.

Hi, that hasnt worked, unfortunately. The photos still arent there. 

 

The photos are on my phone in the gallery but not in the quickbooks app.

 

Is there anything else I can do?

Have you tried logging in to your account using a computer? Maybe you would see your attached receipts in your transactions. If this is the case, please update your mobile app. If it's the same thing, please contact our Support for further assistance.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Enter something like missing receipts in the text box, and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during the UK business hours.
