I got  you, info-liftoffpick.

The changes you make to your address in QuickBooks Online (QBO) only apply to future transactions like invoices and estimates.

It's usual to still see an old address from an earlier transaction, if that's what you mean. If you're referring to the new transactions, you should carry out some simple browser debugging to pinpoint the problem.

The stored data of the usual browser frequently becomes overloaded, which may have an impact on how quickly they can navigate through QuickBooks. This option enables us to confirm browser-related issues and doesn't use the cache data that already exists.

Let's use private browser or incognito to better isolate.

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works, proceed to delete your browsing history to clear out the cache or data that's causing the issue. Use this article as a guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, try using a different browser to be more thorough.

You know where to find me if you need help with invoices and estimates. Have a great day ahead.
