I have changed the adrsss in settings which shows as updated but it doesn't reflect on the invoices preview. Any advice please?

I'll help you change the address that appears on your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO),

 

To begin with, you'll need to review the steps you've performed and ensure you click done. Once you've saved the changes, go back to the main dashboard and create a new invoice. The updated address will now appear on the invoice.

 

If the address is still not reflected on your invoice, this issue is likely due to a browser cache-related problem. Let's perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate this. This also helps improve and speed up your browser's performance.

 

First, you'll want to restart your browser. Then, export the custom reports in a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you can see the data when you export the report as PDF or Excel on the private browser, return to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
