Question

I have changed the email template for 'receipts' in the settings area. When I go to send an actual receipt, the wording reverts to the QuickBooks default. Please help?!

Thanks for joining us here on the Community, hello-pandacreat

 

We don't have any reported issues with this currently, to troubleshoot, please select the Gear > Account & settings > Sales > Messages > Select 'sales receipt' under 'sales form' and cut the cutsom message you have entered, then save this with no message entered. 

 

After this, please press Ctrl + F5 on your browser to re-load the site, or sign in via a private browsing window (on Chrome, select the 3 dots in the top right > new incognito window on the drop-down) and then paste and save the message. 

 

Please get back to us below if the email message still does not show correctly when sending the sales receipt. 🙇‍♀️
