Hello @monamu-poczta-fm, I would be happy to help you locate any missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, we can check your bank transactions page and ensure that the filter is set to show all dates in the For Review tab. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to Transactions located on your left navigation panel.
  2. Click Bank Transactions.
  3. Under your For Review tab, click All Dates.
  4. In the All Dates dropdown, choose Custom.
  5. Set the date to the same date as your missing transactions. Then Click Apply.

If the above steps don't work, we can manually update your bank to show the transactions in QuickBooks. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Transactions
  2. Choose the Bank transactions
  3. Select Update

For further information, check out this article:  What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Once you've checked your transactions, you can start categorising your transactions and reconciling them to avoid any discrepancies at the end of every period.

Feel free to add any other concerns you may have here. I’ll ensure you get the assistance you need. Have a good one!
