Question

I have created a sales invoice and there is no save or send button at the bottom of the screen anymore, where can I get it back?

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I'm here to share some information regarding your concern about sending invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When creating transactions in QuickBooks, the options you can select are Save and newSave and close, and Save and share link. To isolate the issue of why you're having the Save and Fund option, I recommend opening your account in a private (incognito) window. Using a safe browser and accessing the program from there can usually fix the issue.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

 

Once done, check to see if the Save and Send option is available. If it works, go back to your default browser and clear the cache. See Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online for more information.
