I have entered the invoices for 2018 and marked them as paid. However I have one account which is showing in the invoice queue as "Deposited". What does this mean?

The deposited status means that the invoice amount has been received to the undeposited funds account and then a deposit has been created, usually at a later date, which moves the amount from the undeposited funds to the bank account.
