I have just reconnected my bank account after quite a gap but my transactions dont go back far enough. Can anyone help

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Once you have connected your bank account to our program. The recent transactions will be downloaded automatically. However, if some transactions are missing, no worries, you can still import your bank transactions to QuickBooks manually. For the detailed instructions, you can follow the instructions from this article: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

Once transactions are in QuickBooks, you can match and categorise to put them in the correct accounts.
