Hi there, @userkateingram.

I'd be pleased to walk you through how you can see your transactions for April in QuickBooks Online.

When connecting a bank account in QBO, the system automatically downloads the last 90 days of transactions. This is the reason you're unable to see the entries for the month of April.

If you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and manually upload them into your QuickBooks company.

To do that:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click the Link Account drop-down to see the Upload from file option.
  3. Press Browse and choose the file you want to upload.
  4. In the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Next.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
  6. When you’re ready, select Let's go.
