I have linked my business bank account but how do I link this to outgoing invoices so customers can pay online directly into my account?

Congratulations on successfully connecting your account into QuickBooks, @hsheales,

 

Currently, QBO UK only supports PayPal and GoCardless payment methods, which allows clients to process credit card or debit payments online. You may refer to these links for more information:

 

Accept Payments with PayPal.

GoCardless for QuickBooks.

 

If they'd like to make payments via their bank, you can add bank details to invoices so customers can pay manually. Here's how:

 

  1. Tap the Gear icon and go to Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the invoice template and select Edit within the Action column.
  3. Go to the Content tab, and click the Footer section of the template.
  4. On the Add payment details and footer, add your bank information.
  5. Lastly, hit Done.
