Question

I have logged into the App today to find all of my information gone. all invoices and data saved has disappeared.. has anyone had this issue ?

Hello there, yogamole108-gmai.

 

I've checked for similar reported issues on our system and didn't find any. It's possible that the app's cache caused the unexpected behavior. To verify if your data is gone, you can log in using a browser. If all information is still there, you can can uninstall and reinstall the app. This helps to sync the latest product updates. 

 

To uninstall:

  1. Hold or long pres the QuickBooks Self-Employed icon. 
  2. Click on the (x) and select yes to uninstall.

Then, reinstall it in your Google Play or App Store. All information stored before uninstalling the app will stay. When logging back in, please make sure to use the same login credentials with your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
