Hello there, @wmbuildingservic.

I'm here to help you get that snap receipt feature to work again. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix issues with the app.

First off, let's restart the app by closing and reopen it. You can also power down and restart your device. Then, clear the app data. Here's how:

Android

  1. Go to the ⋮ button, then select Setting
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Click Yes.

Once done, go to your device Settings, then Apps (varies by device) QuickBooks app from the list. Selec Storage > Clear data.

iOS

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ bar, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

After that, go to your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. Then, click the Offload App.

If this behavior continues, please uninstall and reinstall it.

For future reference, you can also attach transactions to customers and suppliers. Check out this article for more insights: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
