Question

I have lost the LHS menu on Quickbooks online,have emptied the cache, and tried pressing the three lines - no joy - can anyone help ?

I appreciate you trying some steps to get this issue sorted out. I want to ensure this get's taken care of.

 

Have you tried accessing your QuickBooks using a different browser? If you haven't done so, you can open your account on a private window. QuickBooks works best when running into these browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome 
  • Mozilla Firefox

If doing this doesn't make a difference, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the ability to initiate a remote-viewing session to better isolate this issue. They can also open an investigation ticket if needed.
