I have sent our first invoice cc'd to myself. I can see that the invoice details are in the body of the e-mail as well as the invoice being attached. Can we remove this?

I knew a few steps to remove the invoice details when emailing invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to help share and guide you on how.

To exclude the invoice details when emailing invoices, you may need to set up your account and settings to show a short summary in email.

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click on Sales at the left pane.
4. Go to the online delivery section.
5. Click on Show short summary in email.
6. Click Save.
7. Click on Done.
