I have set up a send later invoice for 1st October, I want to know if I can set this up to send automatically?

Our recurring transaction feature (available in QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced) lets you schedule transactions in advance and can automatically send emails to your customers. Here's how you can create a new template:

 

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. In the Lists column, select Recurring transactions.
3. Select New.
4. Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
5. Enter a Template name.
6. Select a Type: Scheduled, Reminder, or Unscheduled.
