Question

I have the latest update of Quickbooks on my IPad Pro11 and every time I create an invoice, when I go to email it, its has a spinning wheel that says saving then crashes

I have deleted the APP and reinstalled it, logged out of the APP. Then did a hard reset on the the IPad, logged back in, then the same issue. The invoice is saved but I then have to email it after the APP has crashed. Getting frustrated with Quickbooks

Hello Paul216,

Welcome to the Community page,

We have had no other reports of this happening to anyone else. Could you please try to refresh the data within the app and see if that helps and stops the app from crashing when you try and send the invoice off as an email.

Hi paul216!

Thanks for the reply. Let me show you how to refresh the app.

Follow these steps on how to refresh the QuickBooks Online app:

  1. Go to Menu (Burger icon) and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

Also, you'll want to clear the app cache or data storage. This can help in fixing unusual behavior with the app, too. From your mobile phone's settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose the QuickBooks Online app. Then, select the Offload App button.

I added some links to learn more on how to manage invoices using the QuickBooks Online app:

Comment again here if you have other concerns with the app. Take care!
