Let's review what happened here, userboultonlimited.

Did you happen to cancel your subscription? If so, your data will only be available for a year from the day the subscription was cancelled. After that, your data will be completely removed from our system. However, you can still log in to your account.

If you did not cancel your account, there's a possibility that you've hidden or disconnected the bank account. Hiding or deleting the bank account will also hide the transactions associated to it. You can use this link for reference: Delete bank and transaction data in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Meanwhile, invoices in QBSE won't disappear unless you delete them manually. Cache helps your browser or device's background processes run smoothly. However, it can also cause unexpected results when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related concerns:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If the invoices appeared successfully,  we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

It also may be possible you have accidentally taken out a new account if the above does not fit with what has happened please reply back to this thread.

We'll be right here if you need further assistance in retrieving your data.
